More about the Multifactory model

Before and After

REINVENTING PLACES AS WORKSPACES

Giving back to the citizenship those places means, first of all, giving a possibility to rethink the spaces, to live and to express needs and identify solutions.

Not only a regeneration

An integrated model of regional development that links economic sustainability, local development, local production of goods and services, environmental protection, and attention to the needs of individuals and the community.

WE BELIEVE IN SHARED WORKSPACES AS IDEAL PLACES TO ENABLE THE DEVELOPMENT OF BUSINESS PROJECTS.

Inside a Multifactory

A multifactory is a community project since all the companies that are part of it are also members of the managing body of the multifactory itself. Diversity means that the companies that are part of a Multifactory are heterogeneous in terms of history, vocation, product sector and age of the participants. Diversity reduces the risk of internal competition and increases the opportunities for cross-contamination. Only in this way can a real local value chain, which brings wealth to the community, be established.

SHARED WORKSPACES ARE AN EXTRAORDINARY OPPORTUNITY FOR ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL GROWTH AND, IN THEIR VARIOUS FORMS, THEY ARE GROWING EVERYWHERE IN THE WORLD.

More about the governance

All companies are responsible for the decisions and performance of the Multifactory. This horizontal governance system replace the traditional pyramidal-shaped organizational model, whose lack of flexibility slows down innovation and creates distorting effects on internal communication.
